The following terms and conditions apply to the FLEXFLIX service (the “Service”) and by subscribing to the Service you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same: –

  1. Service

This Service enables the users to have easy access to and control over the local and international educational content they like from the convenience of their mobile phones.

  1. Eligibility

This Service is open to all Banglalink PrePay, PostPay and Hybrid subscribers.

  1. Launch of Service

The Service will run from 0000hrs on 1st June 2026 (“Service Launch Date”).

  1. How to Access the Service
  1. You will be able to subscribe to local and international educational content by sending the message FLEX to the short number.
  2. You will be able to subscribe to local and international educational content by accessing the URL: http://bd.banglalink.flexflix.club/ from your Android or iOS mobile device.
  3. Once you download and subscribe, you can stream educational content on the Service at the prices set out below.
  1. How to unsubscribe the Service
  1. a)You will be able to unsubscribe to the daily Service by sending the message STOPFLEX to the short number.

(b) Your subscription will be automatically renewable upon payment of the respective price once the period is expired.

  1. Other Terms:
  1. You will not be able to subscribe to more than one FLEXFLIX  subscription at a time. Should you wish to change your subscription, you will first need to unsubscribe from your current one.
  1. Extension of Terms
  1. Save as modified above, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published Banglalink PrePay and PostPay Service Terms and Conditions, Banglalink PrePay and PostPay Data Bundles Terms and Conditions and terms of use for any other Banglalink service that you may be enjoying.
  2. Banglalink reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw from the Service at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at Banglalink´s discretion on the Banglalink website www.banglalink.net) and will be effective immediately or at the date referred to in such notifications.
